Attention all WCC students:
This application is for scholarships to be awarded for the Fall Semester 2024 (This scholarship application also covers Summer 2024 semester - Please note that we do not award scholarships in the Summer, but on a case by case basis). It includes ALL WCC scholarships, including the Wythe-Bland Foundation Scholarship, the Twin County Community Foundation Scholarship, the Smyth County Promise Scholarship, Forging Futures Scholarship, and private WCC Foundation scholarships. Please do not submit more than one application. Current High School students do not qualify for a Fall 2024 scholarship at this time unless you will be graduating in Spring/Summer 2024.

Current 2024 High School Graduates, please complete the Fall 2024 Scholarship Application. NOT the Spring 2024 Scholarship Application.
The priority deadline for completing the Fall 2024 scholarship application is April 1, 2024. To be considered for a Fall 2024 scholarship, ALL STUDENTS MUST COMPLETE THIS SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION (including those who have previously received scholarships or high school scholarship awards).
AND (You only complete a FAFSA once per year)
Spring/Summer 2024 - You must also complete your 2023/2024 FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) online at www.fafsa.gov and confirm that you have no items listed from the WCC Financial Aid Office to complete on your Student To Do List in your “My.WCC” account to be considered for a scholarship.
Fall 2024 - You must also complete your 2024/2025 FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) online at www.fafsa.gov and confirm that you have no items listed from the WCC Financial Aid Office to complete on your Student To Do List in your “My.WCC” account to be considered for a scholarship.
