Room Mates Wanted! – Lower Your Monthly Rates!
We assist our renters in finding roommates. Many of our renters are actively seeking roommates to lower their monthly costs.
When a townhouse is rented out to three people, but has room for a fourth, each individual will pay less per month if a new person is added to the lease. As part of our service to our renters, we will assist you in finding roommates. We often get calls for rentals when we are fully booked for the semester or the year. When we get calls like that, we will ask if they are interested in joining an established rental as a roommate. If they are, we will refer them to our existing renters who are looking for roommate situations. Our roommate service is like putting a posting on campus at the student union.
