Retail Sales and Manager

Business management and leadership is a field of study that explores practical and theoretical knowledge, including technical and soft skills about business operations, processes, and systems. Technical skills include courses in accounting and finance, business law, and information technology. Soft skills include courses focusing on learning about business communications, leadership, teamwork, and employee motivation. Completion of the curriculum will provide opportunities for students seeking full-time employment in management or seeking opportunities for advancement in a current career.
