How long is the lease? It's a 12 month lease, but in contrast to other places we have tailored ours to the end of the school year, so when you graduate in May your lease ends shortly afterwards.

Why is the rent so much less expensive than other complexes? We are family owned and family operated since 1967. We may not have all of the bells and whistles that newer complexes may offer but our apartments tend to be very large, well built and well maintained. Our tenants save on average between $1000 - $2000 per year by renting from us.

How easy is it to get hold of you after I move in? Every tenant has the owner's work and cell phone number.

Is furniture included? No, we have looked at this issue many times and on each occurence our tenants have voiced their opinion that they would rather save on rent by bringing their own furniture. Plus they tell me that Mom and Dad are always happy to get that old sofa out of the house.

What size apartments do you have? We have one, two, three and four bedroom apartments. These are some of the largest apartments available in Slippery Rock.

Are washer and dryers included? Washers and dryers are now an option that the tenants can choose.

Do you charge for parking? No. There is no fee to park but your apartment must be current to receive a parking pass.

How close are the apartments to the campus? S.R.U. campus is quite large but our 3 story townhouses are 3 blocks away (side next to the classroom) and our other apartments are 5 blocks away.

Because we are a family owned and operated business, we care about our properties and care about you. We provide our tenants with our work and cell phone numbers in case of emergencies or to call for questions and to report problems. We take our jobs seriously and respond promptly.

Each year, we renovate, upgrade, repair and maintain our properties to keep them safe and reliable. We don't want to be called out in the middle of the night to fix things that brake, so we are motivated to keep things ship shape and up to date.
