The Caparosa Family Has Lived in the Slippery Rock & Butler Area for Generations. We have a long term investment in our rental properties and in our tenants welfare. We also own and operate a family fun and games center which include Laser Tag, Party Rooms, and Night Bowling, called Family Bowlaway in Butler.
We Are Constantly Updating and Renovating our Properties
Because we are a family owned and operated business, we care about our properties and care about you. We provide our tenants with our work and cell phone numbers in case of emergencies or to call for questions and to report problems. We take our jobs seriously and respond promptly.
Each year, we renovate, upgrade, repair and maintain our properties to keep them safe and reliable. We don't want to be called out in the middle of the night to fix things that brake, so we are motivated to keep things ship shape and up to date.
